Annie is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys a wide variety of activities.  She was inspired by her love of movement and became a licensed STRONG Nation instructor in 2021.  She has since followed up with certifications in CIRCL Mobility and STRONG Nation with Weights. 

Outside of classes at StudioZ, you can find Annie supporting her four kids in their various activities and leading various booster groups, cheering on her favorite sports teams, running a property management company with her husband, training for a race, or working hard as a senior leader in medical device development.  She encourages everyone to try out all the classes and instructors at StudioZ and enjoy being a part of our fitness family.
