When you walk into Studio Z, my goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I, myself, have no dance background. I built my confidence on the dance floor through Zumba. So that’s what I hope for you! No matter your background, you can take my class, challenge yourself, and enjoy it. My motto as an instructor is: Zumba (or Sculpt) is my happy hour.
